Приводятся результаты статистической обработки результатов испытаний опытных образцов кладки из опилкобетонного кирпича, на основании которой установлен нормальный закон распределения предела прочности кладки при сжатии и основные статистические показатели эмпирического распределения прочности.

Results of the statistical processing of the results of tests of experimental samples of saw-dust concrete brick masonry are presented. A normal law of distribution of brick masonry’s strength limit in the course of compression and main statistical indicators of empiric distribution of strength are established.

Приведены результаты разработки, исследования и применения композиционных огнезащитных покрытий для деревянных строительных конструкций на основе амидофосфата и водных дисперсий к нему. Разработанный состав обладает повышенной водостойкостью. Огнезащитные покрытия с применением ОСА-1В эффективны в течение длительного хранения древесины как внутри помещения, так и в атмосферных условиях.

Results of the development, study and use of composition flame-retardant coatings on the basis of amidophosphate and water dispersions for timber building structures are presented. The developed composition possesses higher waterresistance. Flame-retardant coatings with the use of ОСА-1В are effective during the long-term storage of timber in storage premises and under atmospheric conditions as well. С целью оперативного определения скрытых участков гниения проведены исследования несущих наружных стен деревянных отапливаемых зданий методом сканирования инфракрасного излучения. Описаны наиболее характерные конструктивные недостатки зданий, которые способствуют развитию гниения деревянных стен в климатических условиях Севера.

To reveal the concealed parts of rotting operatively the studies of bearing external walls of timber buildings heated have been conducted using the methods of infrared radiation scanning. The most typical constructive defects of buildings favoring the timber walls rotting under the climatic conditions of the North are described.

Обосновывается возможность применения древесно-стружечных плит в строительстве как одного из перспективных конструкционно-отделочных материалов. На основе дисперсионного анализа исследовано влияние технологического фактора – добавки антипирена на огнестойкость и прочностные показатели древесно-стружечных плит при внесении добавки на стадии осмоления стружки, т.е. технологически наименее трудоемким способом.

A possibility of the use of wood chip boards as one of perspective constructive-finishing materials in construction is substantiated. Influence of the technological factor, addition of fire-retardant, on fire-resistance and strength characteristics of wood chip boards when introducing the additive on the stage of chip resinification, that is the least labor-consuming method, is investigated on the basis of disperse analysis.

Показано, что строительство доходных домов является одним из перспективных направлений в современных экономических условиях. Приведены примеры организации доходных домов на основе трансформируемости жилых и общественных внутренних пространств. Даны рекомендации по организации доходных модулей для различных социальных групп населения.

It is shown that the construction of rented apartment houses is one of perspective directions in present-day economic conditions. Examples of the organization of some rented apartment houses on the basis of transformability of living and public indoor spaces are presented. Recommendations for organization of rented modules for different social groups of population are given.

Five positions of the State Program of the Iran Government, which should favor the way out of the existing crisis situation within the sector of housing construction, are presented. Одним из перспективных направлений развития высотного строительства является возведение более сложных по объемно-пространственной структуре зданий, к которым относятся объекты с неортогональными формами. При этом улучшаются эксплуатационные характеристики высотных зданий в части минимизации соотношения площадей здания с фасадной поверхностью, оптимизации расхода энергии, уменьшения ветровых нагрузок.

One of perspective lines of high-rise construction development is erection of buildings with more complex volume-spatial structure, objects of non-orthogonal forms are among them. In that case, operation characteristics of high-rise buildings, as far as minimization of total building areas – façade surface ratio is concerned, are improved, power consumption is optimized, wind loadings are reduced.

Рассмотрены основные направления эволюции архитектурных решений интегрированных комплексов жилье + производство на селе. На основе проекта безотходного производственно-жилого комплекса показано, что выбор грамотных объемно-планировочных решений организации подсобных хозяйств качественно повысит уровень жилищно-производственного сельского строительства.

Main lines of the evolution of architectural solutions of integrated complexes “housing+production at village are considered. On the basis of a project of waste-free production-housing complex it is shown that the selection of competent volume-spatial solutions of organization of subsidiary small-holdings will rise qualitatively the level of rural housing and production construction.

Показано, что при реализации серийных проектных решений конструкций плоских покрытий на нерегулярных планах зданий можно рассматривать три варианта ферм высотой 1,5; 2 и 2,5 м и два варианта опирания ферм – на верхний или нижний пояс. Решена задача унификации типоразмеров элементов и узлов ферм.

It is shown that in the course of realization of serial design solutions of flat coverings on non-regular plans of buildings it is possible to consider three variants of the trusses of 1.5, 2 and 2.5 m of height and two variants of truss supporting with upper and lower chords. The task of unification of nominal sizes of a truss’s elements and assemblies are solved.

Приведены различные методики сохранения памятников древнего зодчества из глины и сырца, принятые в 1970–1980 гг. в сопредельных странах Средней Азии, в том числе в Республике Таджикистан. Проанализированы и обобщены данные об экспериментальных работах по консервации сырцовых памятников по проекту «ЮНЕСКО/Японский целевой фонд по сохранению буддийского монастыря «Аджинатепа» в Таджикистане».

Different methods of preservation of the ancient architectural monuments made of clay and air-dried brick used in 1970-1980s in neighbouring countries of the Middle Asia including the Republic of Tadjikistan are presented. Data on experimental works aimed at conservation monuments made of air-dried brick within the frame of the project “UNESCO/Japan fund-in-trust for preservation of Buddhist monastery “Adjinatepa” in Tadjikistan” are analyzed and generalized.

Тема символизации территории Российского государства проходит по самым значительным творческим работам В.И. Баженова. Приведены примеры символизации геопространства, получившие последовательное развитие в творчестве зодчего. Показано, что проведенная без достаточного научного обоснования реконструкция «Царицыно» снижает историческую значимость архитектурного ансамбля XVIII в.

A theme of symbolization of the territory of the Russian State is reflected in the most significant creative works of V.I. Bazhenov. Examples of the symbolization of geospace developed consistently in the creative work of this architect are presented. It is shown that the reconstruction of “Tsaritsyno” made without sufficient scientific substantiation reduces the historic significance of the architectural ensemble of the XVIII century.
